To lead up to Act 2 of the mini-event Winter Soldier! Operation Brubaker for Marvel Heroic Roleplaying, the following datafiles are an addendum to the previous datafiles for Act 1. Together with Viper/Madame Hydra, Red Ghost and his Super Apes, and various Hydra agents from the previous post, the Serpent Society prepares to rain terror on New York City. Limit: Gear. Shutdown Cobra Costume and step up or add d6 to the doom pool. Spend d6 from the doom pool to recover.

Background & Abilities: A research assistant for Professor Ezekiel Shecktor who was trying to create a universal anti-venom. Klaus became jealous of Schecktor’s success and plotted his murder with cobra venom. Not wanting to appear guilty of the crime, Klaus let the cobra bite both of them, but applied the universal anti-venom to himself. The cobra had been irradiated, and combined with the anti-venom it gave Klaus mutagenic powers.
Klaus has an extremely flexible body, including bones, and can fit through very small spaces, slither along the ground, and squeeze opponents.

Background & Abilities: Quincy McIver became a quadruple amputee during an accident while evading police. Roxxon Oil later equipped him with cybernetic arms and serpent tail to replace his legs. He considers himself a freak and takes out his frustration in violent crimes. The Serpent Society is the only place he feels he fits in. His retractable arm blades resemble fangs and contain poison.
